I take it you dont consider Arreola prime then when he fought Adamek? The former light heavy who didnt just go the distance with Arreola but actually beat him.

Adamek would have been taken to the ICU ala Szpilka against Wilder.

Look obviously he has a fantastic right hand but he's not exactly been bowling over Holyfields, Tuas, McCall's, vitalis has he

His best kos have come against guys who are known to be chinny, and Duhaupas took an insane amount of flush hits from him and was stopped more due to exhaustion. Also molina took a lot from him when the first power shot Joshua landed ended him.

But I'm not going to say he doesn't have legit power but I don't think it'd be enough against the likes of the names I mentioned at the start of this post.

I think Adamek was pound for pound better than Wilder, and in his prime could have decisioned Wilder without much problem at heavyweight. As for Arreola I still think he has more one punch power than Wilder if he connects.

I have little doubt Adamek is rendered absolutely unconscious somewhere in the 8th, 9th or 10th, in fact I think the Ortiz that Wilder stopped knocks out both Arreola and Adamek. I also think its pretty obvious that Wilder's best punch is better than anything Arreola has. I think Arreola could throw his arsenal at Ortiz and not get a stoppage.

Arreola also went the distance with some 5 loss journeyman around that time as well... another guy I have little doubt Wilder would ice and be given no credit for.

But to each their own. We definitely see this whole landscape differently.

Whats your prediction for Fury vs Wilder?

Fury gets laid out cold, and goes back in to obscurity by the 7th round. But this is what I said before he faced Wlad.......:D

I said the same thing a few months ago lol. Same exact lanky frame and power someone made in fight night then made hearns a heavyweight in the custom menu. Better chin, but way less skill.

While i agree we need to see more results against better competition to grade his power compared to hitters of the past, expecting him to ko vitali/holyfield/tua chin level guys is kind of silly when the atg punchers of those guys era couldnt ko them either.

If wilder does manage to retire with a 90+% ko rate and cleans out his division, we cant simply ignore that. Lets see how his power fares against fury and joshua, thatll clear up a few questions.

It's already been explained, and established as to why Ajagba's opponent walked out on that day. Please do your research.

    It was not intimidation.

Look, modern day sports science technology has given us the platform to gather all the metrics we need.

Just round up the boys, and get them on the striking meter that UFC's Nganou and K-1's Tyrone Spong have already used!

The punch power metrics will give us a fair indication!
