    Grants is actually better.

    Golota > Ortiz

Grant looked a better fighter on the way up too.

Lewis would beat Wilder i'm not debating that, but wouldn't get destroyed the same way like Grant. Wilder hits harder, is faster and more athletic, and has more heart than Grant.

If Wilder was honest and fought the opposition he should be fighting throughout his career, his record would read either 36-4 or 35-5.

Why not? Wilder's defense is terrible and he's been caught flush early by mediocre's like Molina. Grant had heart but the Lennox fight ruined him(Why couldn't a similar event wouldn't ruin Wilder?) Wilder is more like Grant/Derrick Jefferson than he isn't. He'd be a very easy fight for Lewis. If Wilder's better than Grant it's only by a slight margin. Grant didn't have the benefit of winning a belt against a **** champion and defending against weak competition like Wilder. He beat competition that's better or on par than Wilder's before even challenging for a belt......

I honestly think Wilder is a one round job for Lewis.

No, Wilder wouldn’t engage. It was bombs-away with Grant.

Wilder is the Michael Grant of this era. Same over-hype, same glass jaw. The only reason he hasn't been utterly exposed yet is his management is more careful

After Joshua annihilates him, that's exactly how he'll be remembered - the Michael Grant of the 2010s!

The funny thing is you'll struggle to find a single person who will admit they ever rated wilder in tge first place

This. Wilder is far more skilled and an overall better fighter than Grant. Grant couldn't deal with pressure well and also had very little power. Grant also lacked any type of killer instinct and allowed Lennox to easily bully and stop him. Wilder uses angles better than Grant and also has much better timing.

Grant's best wins are Lou Savarese and Golota, who were good fighters, but Wilder would knock both out. Grant's chin would let him down against Ortiz and I could see him eating a counter shot from Stiverne and getting put to sleep, but I think he beats everyone else on Wilder's resume.
