Team Wilder have offered to pay him $50m of sweet Alabama BBQ.

On a serious note though this would be pretty good. It's obvious what team Wilder are thinking and tbf it seems a shrewd move. Get a not fully comeback long absent Fury as a big scalp and then demand 50/50 with Joshua as 'lineal' champ. Be hilarious if Fury shows up in great shape though and schools him. This would then be the definition of a cherry pick gone wrong.

Link doesn't work for me. Doesn't matter fight won't be happening, both using each other for PR purposes. Fury about to fight Pianeta and I assume Wilder about to announce Breazeale soon.

Yeah not gonna happen Wilder will make quick work of Fury and use the Lineal Title to get 50-50 this is Hearn and Company’s worst nightmare. It will then force AJ to fight him and stop ducking also means the fight doesn’t need to be in the UK

It means the fight is a lot bigger yes but does it make the fight bigger in the States? I'm not so sure. Does knocking out Fury turn Wilder into the ticket selling ppv superstar he's always felt he should be?

The only way this fight does good PPV numbers if they pair it with Spence - Garcia.
Nobody in US knows Fury or Wilder.

Vegas is where the moneys at AJ didn’t want to leave the comfort of his home for other reasons outside of money that’s why he said he would take less money to fight in the UK

Fury was too cautious to fight Bellew this year. I don't see him accepting Wilder in 2018

Im not convinced it will happen.
I think Wilder is difficult to work out.

All below could be completely wrong and is only based from what I think
I dont recall Wilder chasing a fight with W Klitschko when they were both champs.
I dont recall Wilder looking to face Vitali when he was around and before anyone says Wilder wasnt a factor then, he was an undefeated 23-0 fighter when Vitali was having his final fight.
Consider Fury challenged Wlad after 24 fights, Joshua after 18 fights, Pulev after 20 fights. Charr challenged Vitali after 21 fights etc
When Fury was champ he climbed into the ring to put a challenge to Wilder and Wilder was talking about fighting Povetkin when the lineal champ challenged him.
Wilder didnt face Povetkin either who would have been a tough fight, but I do understand that if a fighter has concerns that his opposition may not be playing fair, I would think he has a right to not take the fight.
Then in America there were 2 undefeated champs in Wilder and Martin. I was surprised Wilder didnt go for a unification. Martin was undefeated and a noted puncher.
Parker was around as is Joshua when both champs and both managed to face the other.
Wilder doesnt appear interested in facing Whyte who has shown himself to be a factor at HW

I am just not convinced he will face Fury even though Fury has not been overly active

Wilder's team saying Wilder will show up to the Pianeta fight to promote the December fight if they finalize it. I've been wondering why they were delaying so long with the Breazeale announcement. This rings true. It makes too much sense for both sides not to do.

So how much do you think the Vegas money men will stump up for Fury vs Wilder?

Fury looked like a slob in his last outing.

He better have improved exponentially since then or Wilder is going to have a highlight reel KO on his resume.
