With every passing day I'm less convinced of a Fury victory.
Fury is a guy who needs motivation in order to stay alert and training. He was motivated to come back from depression and then to beat Wilder, once they drew, Fury became outraged and it fueled his motivation further for a rematch, he beat Deontay convincingly in the rematch. A few months later the Fury - AJ fight was all but confirmed, that again kept Fury motivated to become Undisputed.

Few weeks later Wilder and his legal team come out with some bull**** and all of a sudden Fury has to prepare for a meaningless fight with a man he already brutalised. Looking at Fury and his mental state, I doubt he has an ounce of motivation for the third Wilder fight and I wouldn't be surprised if he loses to Wilder. Fury needs that fire in his belly in order to stay away from depression.

If Wilder wins, you can bet that the Fury fan boys will want to see a rematch. I'll just sit back and watch all the hypocracy unfold in real time.
