I don't think Jackson would land, but if he did, Benitez could go. But, if I had to bet I'd say Benitez by UD. He'd see Jackson's homerun shots coming.

Boy it'd sure be a minefield for Benetiz, if he did is lay on the ropes thing with this guy. Ring center would be so much bette.r but he'd stopped using his legs at that jr middle division. He very well might need those legs here. And Jackson was always in top condition. Good fight and a whole lot easier to predict on Monday morning than Saturday night before the bell rang.

At his best Benitez would take Jackson apart .Jackson would be cut up and swelling after about six rnds .unless Jackson lands a bomb which is possible he's in big trouble.

Jackson's a little slow. I think WIlfred outpoints him

Benitez pre-Hearns (in other words up through 1982) by UD. 1983 or later, Jackson by brutal KO.

Benitez would be just too slick For Jackson. Though if Jackson landed on Godzilla, he'd probably shake him. But could he land cleanly on a prime and ready Benitez ? If prime Hearns and Leonard had a hard time doing it, I don't see Jackson doing it at all. Benitez by unanimous dec, or probably a late knock out.

Benitez would suffer the same fate as Terry Norris and Herol Graham. Jackson would've blasted him, especially at 154. Just far too much firepower.

Good match up. I can see Benitez doing well here ,giving Jackson all kinds of trouble. We know Jackson could strike from no where, its always a possibility. But Wilfred at his absolute Best works away and forces the ref to step in around the 10th .

Wilfred is the better fighter, but I have a suspicion that he'd lay on the ropes arrogantly performing and catch something nuclear. Julian by complete knockout

Love Julian Jackson, one of my favorite fighters, but he would have a hard time laying a glove on WB.

I think Benitez is the better fighter of the two, but I think Jackson takes it, he'll land at some point, and it'll be ugly when he does.(or beautiful, depending on your perspective)
