The version that lost to a journeyman right after? Truly a great win none of Floyd's many wins over champs and hall of famers comes close

If it's not better it's in the same league as Floyd's best wins. 17 years old and beating a prime ATG? Floyd's 48 and still hasn't done that.

How about you drop the attitude before you get banned again?

Except Floyd did it over and over Benitez could only do it twice. The former is much more impressive by an objective standard unless you make up some absurd criteria in your head.

If Floyd had beaten Duran, any version of him, you’d be typing it on here on a monthly basis.

Do you want to go through Floyd’s wins?

He fought Oscar who’d only fought once in 3 years, who then retired the following year, after awful performances against Steve Forbes and Manny.

A version of Shane, who couldn’t even beat Mora afterwards.

A version of Manny, who’d been iced by Marquez.

You can mock/criticise Benitez for losing to Leonard and Hearns.

But Floyd wouldn’t have beaten them either.

And the likelihood is, he wouldn’t even have signed the contracts to have fought them.

Oscar and Manny are better then any of Benitez wins. Taken together its not even close if you wanna compare their careers.

Not mocking anyone i respect Benitez I just don't think his record or overall career is close to as good as Floyd's. And the last point is speculation we can only judge fighters on what they did not what they could have done.

    You are delusional.

    Manny was faded and injured.

    Floyd took an IV beforehand.

Manny isn’t even Floyd’s best win.

Why was the Oscar win better?

He barely beat him, and Oscar was faded and had been inactive.

He hadn’t fought for a year.

He’d only fought once in 3 years.

    He looked awful against Forbes.

    He looked awful against Manny.

    He then retired.

So how was that better than an easy win over Duran?

A Duran who’d recently given Marvin a great fight?

A Duran who went on to win a MW title 5 years later?

    Duran was similar to Toney.

He could get out of shape.

He could have issues with motivation etc.

However, he was still an elite level fighter when Benitez easily beat him.

Wins over Manny and Oscar were not better than that win.

Nobody has said that Benitez had a better career.

He was horribly mismanaged and fought way too long.

This is looking at a H2H fight, between a prime Benitez and a slightly past prime Floyd.

Anybody who thinks that Floyd would have beaten him with absolute ease, with a breakdown or not, has zero knowledge of the sport.
