WOW! He can't win a war I guess his fight with Pintor was a glorified sparring session. Watch Gomez destroy ATG Zarate the dude was great at this weight neither Vazquez nor Marquez could stand up to Gomez I see him finishing both. Jofre would probably have the closest chance although that would still be like 50/50.

Gomez was a freakin' beast @ 122 and then he ran into the Great Sanchez. In a 122 tournement I would favor Gomez to come out on top.

Barrera never needed to use his boxing at 122 he was KeveryoneTFO.
he always had the ability, he just never utilised it. (Unless you have some inside camp 411)
(I think except for his 2 defeats against Jones in his 20+ fights at 122 he had like 80% or higher all end in TKO/KO.)

I figured if you give Gomez credit for his wins against The smaller.
Carlos Zarate & Lupe Pintor...Why not throw some bigger fighter's his way? :bbb

Just because the guys came up a weight class only 4lbs doesn't make it not a big win. If thats the case should Vazquez get any credit for going 2-1 with the smaller Rafael Marquez?

I would say that Morales, Barerra have a good chance of beating Gomez.
I also think that Marquez would beat Gomez because his style is very similar to Sanchez.

No doubt, I have alot of respect for Gomez but understand that when it comes to this dude....
My Mexican BLOOD begins to boil.:good
But in all honesty, I have nothing but respect for Wilfredo.

The fight's with Pintor & Zarate were heartbreakers for me...
that's why I take so much pride in Chava's win. (A taste of his own medicine)

Marquez never fought at 122, nor was he ever as good as Sanchez. There are a couple similarities in their style, but Sanchez was more versatile.

Well there's the problem. Stick to discussing Mexican fighters if you're going to be biased against others.
