If champions Zarate & Pintor could not succesfully move up against him. Taylor would fare no better. In a brutale affair Gomez would put him away around the eighth or ninth.

If Taylor can last 15 against Eusebio, he could last 15 with Gomez.Problem is, Gomez has more of a all-rounded skillset than Taylor.Bernard would take the first three rounds, with Wilfredo taking the rest in an easy unanimous decision over 15.
Disagree, which is rare with you. Gomez was way way harder to endure, and way more intimidating. He'd have every chance of stopping Taylor, in fact i'd bet on it.
