    I imagine that instead of retiring instantly after Sanchez beat him up, Danny tries to hung around the fw division a bit more, waiting for a good opponent.

    After Gomez loses, Danny then approaches him for a retirement fight.

    Gomez, pretty handily. Assuming he uses the ring and uses angles like he did early in his career.

    Agreed. If Gomez used his full skill-set, he'd badly outclass Lil Red.

    If he let his machismo get to him and went to war, Lil Red likely stops him.
