I have not watched enough of Gomez to be cartain about how he would deal with fighters of this generation, but many of you have.

Arguably the best 122 punder ever how would Gomez deal with the Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, Israel Vazquez, and Rafael Marquez of this weight class?

The Wilfredo Gomez that I saw in the 1970's, particularly the one that destroyed Carlos Zarate so brilliantly would have his way with any of today's figters. We're talking the 122 lb. division. Gomez was at his best, and was AWESOME in 1977-78.

Gomez at 122lbs beats anything thrown at him post 1970.
