Wow, Ginjiro got way overexcited there trying to "even things up" and got flashed by a right hand. Great round of boxing.

    Round 1 Cuarto 10-8

Ginjiro dissecting him with his power jabs, check right hooks and laser guided straight lefts to the body, Cuarto wildly swinging for the fences and missing by a mile, Ginjiro goes down, it's ruled a slip, a few seconds later he goes down again, it's not a slip, Cuarto laded a clean straight right on the button. Flash knockdown.

    Round 1 Cuarto 10-8
    Round 2 Shigeoka 10-9, close

They both need to calm their asses down, they're both sloppy as hell, Ginjiro lunges in, Cuaro goes down... from a head clash. Ginjiro back to working him over with his jab, Cuarto lunges in with a headbutt.Cuarto really going for it here. Although missing most of what he's throwing, Ginjiro isn't reacting all that well to the pressure.

Ginjiro fighting stupid IMO, zero patience, exactly what they must have been worried about is happening. Drawn right into Cuarto's fight. Still, the headbutt he landed for a KD in the second at least shows he is good at it

Yeah, he looks very regressed. Quite disappointed.

    Round 1 Cuarto 10-8
    Round 2 Shigeoka 10-9, close
    Round 3 Shigeoka 10-9

Cuarto out like a marauder, overshoots, Ginjiro clubs the back of his head, he goes down, it's a push. Ginjiro jabbing the hell out of him. Headlock from Cuarto. Cuarto lands a right. Ginjiro lands a few lefts. More heavy jabs from GS. Cuarto throwing rights, missing mst of them. Ginjiro countering with lefts to the body, missing with right hooks.

Good body attack from the Japanese in the third, that's a good adjustment. Cuarto may not have recovered from that headbutt he looks more disorganised and is fighting in spurts sometimes from the ropes.

Might be that he is fully excited and will cool off. Cuarto was always going to make it a ruckus.
