    PUNCHER. I think it might be remembered as the era of the puncher. There are guys from welter to heavyweight that can hit a ton.

    I agree, between 2000 and the present weve seen a plethora of examples of fighters who make it their business NOT to challenge themselves.

    I'm not talking about Mayweather.

    From middle ( GGG ) to light heavy ( Kovalev ) to heavy ( Wlad ) we have some lights out punchers.

    There has always been puncher in every decade, there's only one decade that fighter health come first.

    Honestly these are some of the worst times of boxing I feel for those who didn't experience the previous era in the 90's the last time we had a ton of fighters in different divisions as opposed to a select few like we have now ..


    And these guys took,their craft much more serious than the guys of today do with like I said a few exceptions ..
