Now im not a laywer and am not familiar with how law suits go so here is my question.

When Pacquiao's defamation suit goes before the courts will he have to provide a blood sample to prove his name has been 'tarnished' or will he just have to prove that the mayweathers have no grounds to accuse him of using performance enhancing substances? anyone with any idea here??

No, but it would probably help his case a little bit.

The defense will push for random blood testing including during court hearings.

A blood test during court would not be needed in any way. Pac went by the rules of boxing for all these years and is proven to be clean whenever he fights.

A blood test demanded from Mayweather and his defense in court will be countered with the demand from Team Pacquiao requesting Mayweather be gender tested.
