Be faster than all of the lightweight and super light division's best?

It has got me to thinking that even though Pac may slow down going up in weight ... his speed is already not human and even if he slowed down he'll still be faster than mostly everyone 140 and down ...

He should still be that bit quicker. He may find his power much decreased though, it already is at superfeather, and the lightweights are quite a bit bigger

If that happens, there is a lot of trouble ahead after Diaz. Power and speed are his key elements, they are his x factor. Without them, he'll be very beatable thats for sure

It'll be interesting to see his ring weight. He came in at 144 or 145 against JMM and i wonder if he will come in even higher than that against Diaz

I think his power is somewhat diminishing but where not talking about long reigns at the higher weight classes ...

I think his speed would be more of an asset to his power ... he made a name off of his power but his speed was and is unreal ...

I think at the higher weight classes he would have to depend on his boxing more and if it remains true that he has gotten better using his right hand then he would be fine at 135 and 140 ...

He did seem to use more right hooks against Marquez ...

I'm not talking about knocking guys out yet getting victories the best way possible.

Pac is starting to make a believer out of me ... I know I was asking for an upset against Diaz but I see that speed would be a big factor ... and even if Pac slows down ... he's still alot faster than Diaz.

Hatton v Malignaggi winner is there for the taking ... Diaz and the winner of that fight would be easy pickings for Pacquiao ... fighters usually are shot or lose it when they lose their speed ... a person can maintain if they lose power ... its more hard to neutralize power than speed.

Roach said Pac will be much stronger at 135 and will maintain his speed as he doesn't have to starve to make weight.

I remember thinking you were crazy when you talked about a fight between Pac and DLH ... but now i'm starting to think ... since PBF retired and Pac isn't looking to be slowing down or stopping his climb to greatness ...

Wouldn't it be something if all the welterweights beat up on each other and Pac kept going up ... beating Diaz and the winner Malignaggi v Hatton ...

Setting up a huge mega fight w/ PBF at a catch weight - maybe 143 or something.

    hmmm?

Pac does have star power ... a huge fan base ... and can make a people a believer in his ability.

I don't think that Pac's going to stay at lightweight and would still be fast as hell at super lightweight ...

man 6 or 7 weight division championship aren't out of the question and what will it be 4 or 5 linear titles ... would set up a huge fight ...

I know a victory no matter who its against will bump Pac up to #1 in the world p4p ...

Is that a possibility in your eyes PacDbest?

Pac will beat David Diaz but his workrate has diminished allot and he is still quite easy to hit with timed straight shots. Pacquaio will get dominated sometime like Tito Trinidad did by BHOPs. I see him losing to the slick cookies out there, especially Juan Guzman

Ok what exactly did you say?

Edit: PacD it seems like your predictions are all mixed together, we didn't say you were crazy for saying he would fight Hatton or DLH, but because you said he would beat them. These things get mixed up over time, no?

I don't think he's slowing down.. I believe he'll have more power at lightweight since he won't have to drain himself to make weight and his speed will still be fast as usual.. He also still has great workrate, but he isn't the brawler he use to be a couple years ago, as he is more polished and has a better defense now.. People will be proven wrong about his diminishing power and speed when he fights Diaz.. He'll be better at 135 than he was at 130..

Can you answer my question then sandman ... do you think that Pac v PBF can happen?

Do you think that Pac can beat the winner of Hatton v Malignaggi and fight Floyd at a catch weight?

I don't ever see a fight with PBF happening, especially with him retiring and all.. A fight with DLH is more possible now IMO since DLH will be looking for someone to fight with Mayweather bailing out.. Pacquiao definitely has a chance against Hatton or Malignaggi I think, just as long as he doesn't fight Hatton in england where the odd's & favor's would be soaring for Hatton..
