I would like to see Bute take Abraham's place, but Ward would never allow it. Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he got all his fights in his home town. He always gets his way. Ward makes the rules, it's his tournament.

Tune up fights against hobos and bag ladies do not benefit a fighter. In order for a fighter to benefit from a tune up the opponent has to be good enough to make the fighter work hard. Right now, someone who is good enough to make Arthur work a bit might **** around and beat him. I think the tune up is a bad idea.

The S6 was a great idea to give fans the kind of fights they want but I always knew it would turn out to be difficult to keep it on track for at least 2 years.

The original 6 were all talented and / or champs, ex-champs that aren't in any way shape or form journey man material, therefore losing 2 or 3 times in a row is unthinkable for all of them. Abraham wanting a tune-up just shows that he can't stand losing and his ego needs a "W" ASAP.

This is the kind of thing that can happen in a round robbin tournament, not in a immediate elimination format like it should have been made or should be made in the future, if the idea is to be repeated.

    8 Fighters involved
1st round = Random Quarter Finals
    2nd round = Semi Finals
    3rd round = Final

    That's it that's all !

What I am interested in, or not interested in, has no bearing on the subject at hand, nor does the French language. However, I wholeheartedly support your right to speak French, as well as your right to be both interesting and relevant.

    I am an Abraham fan.

It won't really help. It could build up his confidence. It could give him the opportunity to work on certain things he doesn't typically do, however, I find that highly unlikely given his trainer. In the end it will just temporarily boost his confidence before facing Ward...where his confidence will likely be diminished again.

    No.

Arthur Abraham should change his trainer. He needs an american professional coach who teaches him to avoid punches, to move the head, the upper body. But this is late in his career.

Why won't Ward allow Bute to fight in his tournament? Abraham needs to throw punches for a change. Bute beats them all.

It will only help him get his confidence back. He won't learn any new tricks with his current trainer. He needs to travel to America and get a good American trainer like Freddy Roach. He also needs to be less arrogant. If he can't accept his loss like a man and willing to improve and change, he will never be good.

So if he stays with his current trainer, he will only get his confidence back.
If he changes trainer, he could get his confidence and maybe learn some new tricks.
