Come on laffie, you seem like a good poster but please don't make it sound like he is avoiding Pavlik, and MUNDINE:rofl:lol::rofl, AA beats Mundine and Crazy Kim on the same night dude! One of my favorite fighters is Pascal, so Canadian boxers are legitimate contenders, but to say he has been protectd? Miranda x2, Gevor, Elcock Marquez Demers, NOT WORLD BEATERS but protected, I will respectfully disagree.

At SMW Abraham would almost always be working against a much taller man. He has only fought one opponent over 6 foot, and that was Kinglsey Ikeke. If he approached a world class SMW the same way he approached Ikeke, he would get knocked out, or at the very least, take a severe beating.

If we judge Abraham strictly by his resume', in other words, judge him by what he has actually done in the ring, it's easy to conclude that AA has been very carefully protected. His team has kept him away from tall fighters, and other than Miranda, they have kept him completely away from punchers.

Arthur has a decision win over the same version of Eastman that Miranda stopped in 7 rounds. He also has 2 wins over Miranda, but had to fight Edison twice in order to score one decisive victory. That's a good as it gets with this guy.

I'm sorry, but your post falls far short of reality. :nutBute won't even give Andrade a rematch, and we know why. I wish Abraham went to SMW for a shot at Bute lol...

Abraham called your boy out, and he not only took a mandatory, he actually listened to what Arum said, and look at what happened. You guys kill me. First you look at a guys resume to judge him judging only the names on his resume. Second, you tell us that Hop is too old for Pav, and Pav gets his ass whooped. Do you guys think that I, or others care what YOU guys think of AA's comp? Hell no. Everything can point towards your favorable arguments just as you guys predicted Pav and Margarito, and your theories/predictions can all backfire on you also. Don't ever get it twisted. AA would be a force at 168, and AA will knock Pavlik out.

Excellent post, everyone says his comp sucks, but who is willing to fight him? I have a couple of names, Pwilliams, winky wright, felix sturm, Bute, castilejo, mundine maybe? Ktfo out everyone I mentions except wright, and in this day and age he probably stops wright.
Now on to Pavlik, other then the fact that he fought jermain taylor(in my opinon) the most overrated and controversial middle weight champion in boxing history), I still think pavlik vs jt 2 was a draw, lost every round against bhop(not saying aa would do any better). How is pavliks resume better? JT could not knock out KASSIM OUMA,:rofl:rofl, To make a long story short other then bhop, aa beats EVERY boxer pavlik has faced, including jt(judging by his last fight against lacy, he looked like ****).
I guess with margarito obviously not the most feared man anymore, I will give the mantle to the abrahammer, THE MOST FEARED MAN IN BOXING:happy:happy

What is with you and tall fighters:patsch? Let me provide some names aa has fought that have been his height or taller,
    AA-5.10
    RAUL MARQUEZ 5-11
    miranda 5-11 to 6 feet
    elvin ayala 5-11
    khoren gevor 5-10
    demers 6-0
    kofi jantuah 5-11
    shannon taylor 5-10
    ikeke 6-4
So what is your theory of aa being purposely matched against way shorter fighters then himself,:deal
I respect your posts and enjoy reading them, but you are the biggest pavlik fan on this forum(nothing wrong with that) but I have noticed VERY biased against anything about aa. :good

I did not say that they kept AA away from people taller than him. I said tall fighters, and 5' 10" - 5' 11" is not tall at 160. **** McKart is 6' 1" and fought at 154 most of his career. Taylor is 6' 1" and only recently moved up to 168. Rubio is 6' 1 1/2". Abraham looke absolutely dreadful against Ikeke. Yes, he got the win, but if he approached an elite level fighter in a similar manner he would get his ass handed to him.

My negativity toward Abraham is actually a fairly recent development. It comes on the heels of looking beyond the ESB hype, digger deeper into his resume', and watching a few more of is fights.

As far AA vs punchers, his average opponent had a KO ratio under 40%.

Abraham's power DOES carry up we have already seen that.

He will be a force....wether he can beat the likes of Kessler and Bute remains to be seen, but I'd make both of those fights 50-50.

Andrade would be the best fight....could Librado walk through Abraham's punches???

AA will be an animal at 168. That is good news if true. he's too drained at 160, although it would be nice to see him ko pavlik before he moves up.

Thats why he went the full route with Shannon Taylor-to test unknown territory. He did quite well in my opinion. He easily outpointed the Aussie winning every round of their encounter.
Of course the Aussie wasnt a fighter from the upper echelon of his weight division.Nevertheless,AA proved that he can box as well.

You should not comment without reading carefully the post you're quoting.
My post finishes with the following sentence:

"See, I can do the same you do if I want. There is a little of truth in what I just wrote but I think Abraham is a great fighter. And I would love a fight against Bute. because that would be a great fight, win or lose."

As you don't seem able to read between the lines, I bolded some words for you. And by the way, Bute is preparing to rematch Andrade. He won't vacate his title because he's afraid of him. We're talking of a professionnal here.

That is laughable. Taylor offered Abraham a fight, but Sauerland turned it down. Winky was willing to go to Germany and fight him, but nothing ever came of it. When Zuniga was that rightful mandatory, he somehow magically disappeared from contention and Abraham was allowed to defend against Ayala. Miranda fought Arthur TWICE! Pavlik calls for title unification in damn near every interview. I seriously doubt if very many fighters fear this:
