Or will he price himself out instead and keep fighting pies until he retires?!

    Vote and discuss!

The funny thing is Ward ducked Stevenson years ago.

Stevenson offered two fights: one at 168 in Oakland, two in Canada at 175. Ward declined.

Ward has avoided Stevenson before but I honestly think Ward beats Stevenson. I find it funny that Stevenson seems to have avoided Kovalev but fancies a fight with Ward.

The Pimp has no interest unless the money is right, else he's content with cherry picking until it and age finally catch up with him and one of the handpicked opponents upsets him.

ah hell no! Stevenson is 40 years old he does not want a war with ward. Stevenson is working on his retirment, he has a good following in canada, a good left hand with power that sells tickets, he just want to get paid and retire with dignity.

I would rather prefer stevenson vs kovalev, far more entertaining fight. And I have always wondered if stevenson can ktfo kovalev or not, and vice versa. I'm really curious about his fight, not so much about stevenson vs ward, tbh.

Retire with dignity? That won't happen unless he decides to face someone who's at least top 10 at LHW again.

we obviously have different definitions of retiring with dignity. Mine being paid with mental and physical facilities in check, yours mentally a few marbles rolling around, beaten to a pulp by ward, and maybe some bragging rights.

No disrespect I just like my definition better.

He can retire with dignity in that sense sure, not in the sense that he's respected by fans, pundits and remembered as a good champion. You aren't wrong though yeah.

This. Adonis would fight anybody at 175. Alvarez talks, but never wants to enforce his mandatory status, since he knows he would catch a beating. Smith Jr. wanted an automatic rematch in order to fight Adonis, which was a ridiculous demand for a challenger to make.

Ward only fought Kovalev because Kovalev literally gave in to every demand Ward wanted. I know Adonis won't go to Oakland and Ward won't go to Canada so the fight would have to be on neutral ground and a 50-50 split for the fight to happen, since I don't see either guy taking less than the other.

SOB refused to fight Stevenson in the past. SOB will only agree to fight Stevenson if he gets his personal referee, judges, boxing commission and never forget Bob Bennett as his spokesman................SOB will then hit Stevenson in the testicles, Weeks will jump in and stop the fight, SOB fans will claim blows to the testicles are legal along with Bob Bennett...........

Ward vs Stevenson is never gonna happen because of the beef between their bosses. Jay-Z and Al Haymon dont do business with eachother. Not the fighters fault.

Stevenson vs Kovalev is an exciting fight.

If Andre vacates and moves up LHW will get very interesting with all that belts loose.

Stevenson vs Alvarez will be an intriguing fight. The Colombian knows Stevenson's every weakness. He can upset the Pimp.
