AJ completely dodged the question about Wilder in the post fight interview. I know Hearn is trying to make it, but I'm not not sure if AJ wants it.

If it doesn't happen, fans will be very disappointed. It's a big fight that's been marinating for far too long.

Hearn wants it more than AJ, trying to cash out his cash cow

    This

Keen wasn't he? "We'll try and get that deal done over the next few days" Whilst AJ ran off into the crowd looking worried.

Meanwhile Wilder off the grid has been doing deals with the devil increasing his power level. Whether people like it or not HW boxing will end with Fury Wilder 4. The battle of gods. Usyk is just an annoyance that got relevance thanks to the arrogance of Eddie Hearn.

This doesn’t look like someone who wants to fight Wilder, should be back in gym next day

It'll happen, just not in January. Both will want - and need - a tune up fight first

Wilders losses to Fury showed more heart than Joshua has ever shown, let’s not forget that Joshua quit on his feet to Ruiz . Wilder has a mental fortitude that Joshua could only dream of !

Wilder losing with "heart" doesn't translate into him beating someone.

It needs to marinate another 10, 15 years.

A losing fighter with heart has more chance of pulling off a win than a fighter who will quit when things are not going his way !

So AJ didn’t show heart when he got up and beat Wlad?

I never said he didn’t it’s the only time Joshua ever shown heart in his career, four fights later and he quit on his feet. Joshua’s best career win is over the retired Wlad and also the beginning of the end for him, Ruiz simply finished what Wlad started with Joshua never being the same since .

If AJ wanted the fight, he would've sold it after his win instead of leaving the ring. His reaction was one of poorly disguised dissappointment with himself.
