he is not even holding a belt or even ko'ed his last two opponents to be a legit opponent.lol. khan is an imaginary threat. he had a hard fight with algeir who went down a lot of times by pac. the only claim of khan being a threat was because of their sparring sessions.lol. without supporting gears, khan's proven weak chin will get shattered by pac in a real fight, no holds barred.
But the guys I have mentioned are legit. Berto is legit. Hard fight yes but still won against Chris Algeri. Khan hasn't got Pacs power so was always going to be a different kind of fight. PAC might shatter Khan's chin, Khan might even outpoint Pac, always looks good agaisnt southpaws, still not the issue. The issue will any of them face Khan, or is he too high risk, the definition of a duck
Khan has done nothing to ******t a shot vs May or Pac, Marquez isn't a top WW, and Bradley did duck Khan at 40. Khan and some of these guy's should try taking a tough fight, winning, then start talking. Because the Collazo's, Bundu's,Monre's,Dan's ect... Isn't gonna cut it. Look at some of the guy's who have gotten Floyd/Manny in recent years, outside if Berto & Rios everyone of them were taking big fight's winning in style beforehand. Yeah Bradley ducked Khan but TB was The Man @140,beat Pac, then JMM before a rematch. Guerrero jumped up 2 weight divisions an beat the #1&2 rated contenders for the WBC Title. Maidana took on a "unbeaten" Broner Beat Him Down took his 0 and title. To make him even more badass when Khan stared yapping he said f*ck Floyd and challenged Khan to a rematch for the right to face PBF, and Khan tucked tail and ducked like a chump smh. Everybody said Alvarez would duck Trout fought em beat em up and dropped em, even a guy like Algeri came in vs IMO a very Overrated Provdnikov, beat em in a tough fight for a 'Title". These guy's are running around each other scared, scared to take a Challenge May & Pac make the big bucks because they beat the Hernandez's, Barerra's, the Castillo's, Morales's and put in work for it these guys want it given to them.
The win over Algeiri is a good win. People make him out to be a bum but Algeiri is a good fighter. He is a 140 lb world champion. Khans chin is suspect but I can't really see any of the welters knocking him out besides Pacquiao. I don't think Thurman would drop him either.
So Berto earned his shot, he has faced stiffer competition over the last 18 months than Khan and has more victories. Right oh, who at 147 has earned a shot and Marquez is still top 4 ahead of Thurman, Brook or Khan
I love how you moronic Khan fanboys move the goalposts to suit your own agenda!! Khan ducks Brook, more than once....Ok, we'll just claim that Brook is not a top four welterweight, so those "ducks" do not count!! Brook is most definitely a top four welterweight!! Even Amir's most rabid fans would consider this to be the case. But if, by your obviously biased point of view, Brook is not a top four welterweight, then why is Khan ducking such an easy fight? Why refuse to fight Brook, for a genuine world title and millions of pounds? And if Amir had fought Brook and won, he would be in line for a Mayweather fight!! No! Khan opted to fight Algieri, for no title and a fraction of the millions offered to fight Brook, in the hope that he could "backdoor" his way to a fight with Floyd! As it happens, Khan looked ordinary against Chris and blew any chance of a mega-fight with Floyd!! The amount of ducking Khan has done lately, he could be a world champion limbo dancer!!
Clearly I said outside of Rios & Berto every fighter that has gotten one of the Big 2 actually did something to makes a legitimate claim as being a rightful challenger. Marquez would lose to any top rated 140/47 fighter right now he isn't even top 10. And personally I'd have wanted Brook for his last fight, he took in Porter anther guy Khan ducked, is currently getting ducked by Khan himself is a Champ and would be for the undisputed Title. But for a guy who has fought every major name in his era and hasn't picked one legitimately bad opponent in about 10 yrs, I have no problem with Berto for his "final" fight. As bad as ppl make out these last 6 fight's, Khan would very likely lose to all 6 he ducked 2 of em, and Berto hits hard enough he could probably stop Khan. As bad as I think a Berto fight is he'd still be a top 5 win on Khan's resume and a top 3 win in Brook, Thurman, & Porter's as well.
Brook has 1 good win, Porter whos best win was Paulie., Marquez, Bradley, Pac and Mayweathers have many each. Bradley beat Marquez, Marquez beat Pac, Pac beat Bradley, Mayweather beat Pac and Marquez. No goalposts moved. Thats the way I rank them. Khan been chasing them 4 before Brook was on the scene, why should he change his targets just because Brook calls him out.
Why is everyone underestimating Marquez now, Guerreo, Ortiz, Maidana had 1 decent win each to get their shot. They didn't face any elite fighters to get their chance. Khan has faced 10 world champions past and present.
Where did I say he would trouble Floyd. I'm saying Floyd thinks he is too high risk just like Bradley said and Marquez manager said. I have never said he would trouble or beat them, all I'm saying they don't want to fight him at they particular times cause it too risky, hence a duck.
He might be a glass jawed embarrassment but they have all had a chance to face him outwith Pac, and they have all took a safer option. Khan is too high risk for these guys.
Khan keepin' the checks coming as long as possible. A case of him weighing Risk/Reward like any other fighter ever.
