Brook is 1-1 with world class opposition. Why would he look for an easier fight when he just fought GGG at 160....Probably the toughest fight in boxing. One that your boy Eubank swerved. And he is 0-1 against decent opposition To answer the OP...I don't think Khan will win a world title again. Lacks the dedication and has a deteriorating chin. Cash out fights for him now. I think he will make Brook wait and in the meantime I can see Spence beating Brook (in a close fight) so title won't be on the line when they fight.
Afraid not Maybe sighns who Asia pacific but anything relevant no I mean when your prime as passed your a seriously damaged fighter that spent years waiting on a handout that never came and you ain't no gym rat well its just a swansong from here on in as been for a year or two now
He got dragged kicking and screaming to the maidana fight he tried and succeeded to swerve it until Marcos would no longer be denied off khan or Oscar that's the truth no balls as khan likes to out it his hand was forced
Willie limond put him down, a past it gomez had him down. He showed great heart to come back in those fights but I genuinely beleive if he never had the hand speed he has he wouldn't be boxing today
Khan asking who he should fight next in america on face book Porter if Khan believes he is still relevant in the 147 division
It's the most manufactured resume in boxing history in all honesty, although Wilder is coming close. A bought paper title at 140. Old and shot Barrera, old and shot Collazo, old and shot Judah. He has a good win vs Maidana and an alright win vs Alexander (Just lost to a journeyman). As well as losing to Prescott he actually lost vs Limmond as well but the ref gave a slow count.
Brook actually beat a champion to win his title and didn't buy it like Khan did. Also Brook hasn't fought in 4 weight divisions and ran out of them everytime he's lost. Also Brook didn't lose to Willie Limmond and Bredis Prescott. Brook's in the prime of his career and after facing the most feared fighter on the planet will take on the best available at 147 and 154, meanwhile Khan will continue to be knocked out vs whoever he faces. Watson, Limmond, Gomez, Drilzane, Prescott, Diaz, Garcia, Canelo. What a joke Khan is.
On the flip of that... Kell hugged his way to a split decision for the title Was on course for a trilogy against Carson Jones! Ducked his legit mandatories Only fought TWO top names in his career (which is longer than Amir's!)
Yawn. Khan had massive push from his Olympics run, he had huge financial backing and he hadn't even stepped in the professional ring yet. He's had his career carefully managed to ensure the path of least resistance with the most financial reward. Brook's situation has been totally different and he's had to work at every step to get to where he is with far less financial reward. Brook also had to come back from a almost career ending assault where he was stabbed in the leg. Brook now has the pick of fights at 147 and 154, where as Khan has no where to go besides a Brook fight.
Yawn? It's the truth. How come when Kell had dangerous mandatories he had excuses? But when it come to facing Dan & Biezer he was 100%? Look at the situation with Spence. He's the mandatory, yet Kell wants Khan! Even under Hearn he's only had one decent win (Porter) and what was Porter's claim to fame? Chinning a blown up LW in Paulie? What has Porter done since Kell? He's on the slide. Brook has the pick of the fights? Why is he still chasing Amir then?
This is the most stupid thing I have read on this forum for a while. You could say the same thing (with changing attributes) about basically any boxer on the planet.
