    how about he was a very talented fighter with the wrong trainer?
    he's just schooled zab judah and he's now got the world at his feet.

    prescott is khan's vince phillips (tszyu) and that's all he'll be remembered for

    I would have to say yes.
    2 Scenarios:

    1. Prescott is or becomes a good fighter again. It looks bad that Khan won't fighthim.
    2. Prescott is seen as a non-threat (to others.)
    It looks even worse then, that Khan won't fight him, especially when fans seem to want it, and thus the money is there.

    Since it''s really about money, and that is there for the rematch, it looks bad that Khan won't fight him. If he is "no contest now", only makes Khan look more like a coward in this matter.
