Will Andre Berto also pass the PEDs test?

It's obvious Berto is heavily on the juice. He should fail any test, but will USADA confirm he is clean or he is dirty?

 

I wouldn't be surprised if all along Berto was going to be used and ousted by USADA to give them credibility all while protecting Floyd.

How credible would a Anti-Doping agency be if they can't even catch Berto.
