Will Anthony Joshua accept Andre Ward's challenge to fight or will he duck?

What exactly would be in it for Joshua?

Beating up a former SMW won't really enhance his rep when he has rematches, mandatories and unifications with actual heavyweights to take care of!

 

I got Ward by low blow KO in 9.

 

Ward is so short compared to Joshua that he can land some punches on the legs. Maybe becoming some kind of kick boxing, working the right or the left leg.

at least Ward would have a reason to hit Joshua in the nuts, because he can't reach much higher

 

Will Ward travel to Nigeria and fight him there with 3 Nigerian judges, ref, doctor, bell operator with 3 months of NIGADA testing?

All under supervision of Nigerian Athletic Commission and it's director Bobrewaju Bennettdola.

 

Duck is a derogatory term for avoiding a tough challenge. This doesn't meet that definition.

 

I think he'll rematch Klitschko in November and then he has a mandatory in Pulev to take care of probably around May. No idea who Ward fights next. Stevenson won't fight him. Too soon for Beterbiev. Maybe Badou Jack/Cleverly? Joe Smith Jr if he gets past Barrera? He seems kind of slim on options right now, guess that is testament to how good he is.
