Anthony Joshua's career is winding down now, with only a few fights left. He is past his prime, as we saw in the fight with Dubois.

Do you think they will vote Joshua into the IBHOF?

I think he should get in, because he was a unified champion, and unlike Wilder he never avoided anybody up until now.

    Dunno, probably shouldn't tbh.
He beat ATG (aged one at that!), there's that. And, he did shine a light on British boxing, so there's that too.

But, based on boxing resume, no.

    If I had a vote I would say no. But I think it’s 50/50

Hard to say. He'd probably get in if Wilders there tbh.

He’ll get in and deserves to (but only because he’s a heavyweight)

    He's famous so yes.

If there is a boxer, and you know who they are, chances are they qualify for the hall of fame. The criteria is fame.

Even if the criteria is who is the best. He was a champion. There's only a handful of boxers who became champions. Even in the multi-belt era.

At this point I don't know who's gonna get in. I would say in a realistic world the only HW getting in is Usyk. However, I believe him Fury, Joshua and Wilder are all gonna get the tap

Is Joshua more IBHOF worthy than Wilder?

He fought people Wilder avoided, like Joseph Parker and Wladimir Klitschko.

"and unlike Wilder he never avoided anybody up until now."

Joshua's career was carefully managed, he was a typical A-side boxer in this respect. Hearn and Joshua were always highly cognizant of risk-reward (there are plenty of quotes from both men buttressing my assertion), hence certain high risk fights didn't happen (Ortiz, Wilder, Fury etc.) and it majorly succeeded in one instance (fighting Wlad having never gone beyond 7 rounds) but their matchmaking blew up on them a few times (Ruiz, Usyk, Dubois) anyway. It just turned out he was overhyped.

I don't think there is any doubt he'll get in. However, it may take a few years after he becomes eligible.

Two time unified world champion ticks a few boxes I would think, selling out stadiums and helping to build the sport. I think it’s a guarantee and he deserves it.
Wilder on the other hand is a definite no for me.
