V.Exciting undefeated KO puncher Artur Szpilka is a short croucher-stalker at 6'2, with fighting-style, height And power like Joe Louis. In 2008 Szpilka went pro at Cruiser, But only had 5 fights before going to prison for nearly 2 years for ultra-violent football-hooliganism. When he got out teh chokey in 2011 a bulked-up Szpilka was a big heavyweight for his next 2 fights @ 242lbs And 236lbs in june And july. Both fights ended by violent KO1. Artur is aiming to get down to teh mid 220's soon. He young at only 22 yrs old. Does he have teh efficient footwork, combos And heart to be a great croucher-stalker? Can Szpilka unify teh top ABC belts And Ring Mag belt for a lengthy And dominant reign? Or will he be another alphabet beltholder in a stormy sea of heavyweight prospects when teh Klits retire??

Looks more like Vic Darchinyan/Roman Karmazin to me.

Sounds like he needs to sort his life out, before dealing with the pressures of being a pro fighter...

People will forget Joe Louis' name. Future generations will be compared to Szpilka

So far so good, but it realy is verry early days yet.

A lot of people have looked like another Joe Louis before they stepped up their comp.

Szpilka is a headcase hooligan, his prime wont last long once it begins, so he has to pray Wlad and VitKlit retire before his precious prime is over. The dude will be a beltholder at worst, undisputed at best.

Szpilka along with Andrzej Wawrzyk are the biggest heavyweight prospect in years born in Poland. They have that natural talent. If they keep working hard they could steal some belts.

Joe Louis was from another dimension if you compare him to this kids

Heres what Lennox had to say a few days ago, after seeing Szpilka fight:

¨This young fighter is a natural with the great rhythm during a fight. He’s always ready, always in position to unleash a big shot and then boom, you’re down. You cannot learn it, you have to be born with it.¨

Palacios called him ¨The heavyweight Vic Darchinyan¨

I think Szpilka MAY turn out to be an exciting fighter that we haven´t seen for a very long while and that´s even a stretch at this point. We still don´t know a lot about his attributes (stamina, heart, chin, ring IQ etc) or even how his career will be managed. The Louis comparison is obviously just pure parody.

I feel like i've stumbled into another dimension where Joe Louis might have been a Polish football hooligan.

70's heavyweight Ted Gullick was touted to be the next Joe Louis big time by Ring magazine. Then he fought the young George Foreman.

Except for the concussive effect of the final kd, which could have been liken to anyone else as well,..I saw not even a passing resemblance to Joe Louis. The guy is good, no question about that, but not in any way did he do anythin that reminded me of Louis.
