He isn't even a champion much less a dominant champion. That belt is paper.

Wilder is a joke. Stiverne is going to knock him spark out, and effectively end his career. Wilder will be in the same spot Seth Mitchell is in a year or two from now.

Vitali would have knocked Stiverne out. Stiverne will avoid fighting Vlad at all costs...............

Stiverne maybe be better than we give him credit for currently, we don't know yet. He would get battered against Wlad though and King knows that. So that fight won't ever happen.

I doubt it. He has decent skills for this era's heavies but he's short, has shown a tendency to balloon up in weight and with Wlad as the true champion he will never have a chance until he retires or is shot.

In reality all he has done is beat Arreola. Sure he did it convincingly, even KO'ed him but beating Arreola isn't exactly a unique achievement. While he holds a belt he needs a few more good names on his record before anyone regards him as a potentially dominant champion.

Nope. He would have jumped in a Wlad superfight if only he tought he is.

His next fight will be... when? October, november? Looks like he's just milking on his title.

Stiverne looked extremely beatable in the Arreola rematch and vs Austin

To me the guys best qualities are hand speed, power, and an ability to find an opening to land

he was behind in both those fights, let his opponent take it to him and eventually saw the opening and closed the show quickly

I think he will fall into the same hole on the cards in another fight but hit air when he tries to go for the KO, probably lose on the cards in an ok fight but lackluster looking effort

cashing out on a unification fight isn't beyond the realms of possibility should he KO Wilder! But if he does get a Wlad fight he loses by KO.

He could go the route of Valuev and fighting only DKP approved fighters.

King has a good working relationship with the sanctioning bodies, particulary the WBA and WBC.

He could go head and milk the title only fighting mandatories every other 18 months, then unify with the WBA regular titlist, defend that one too every 18 months and have 7-8 fights before he's gotta cash out vs potvetkin, Pulev, Glaskov, or Takam.

Hell, he could reign for 4 yrs. Which in all rites is a dominant reign.:think
