    Some people take for granted what common media such as HBO network and sites I cannot mention herein, blast out. Holyfield's persistent use of the head ( against Tyson -BIG question mark, against Hasim Rahman - was it an accident?, against Ibragimov in Russia who came up with that still); Hopkins constant acting and stunts at this stage of his career , not to mention that he was known as a very dirty fighter who used to headbutt, low blow, grab and punch... Golota became so known for low blows that he cannot avoided such moves even in the rematch and without need... People should look for each fight at a time instead of expecting pattern behaviours from known fighters ( I said fighters and not foulers).

    If Hopkins knows he can lose a somewhat close but ugly fight, he'll hang in there. But when he realizes that Dawson is too much and might take him out, i think he'll find a way out. He does not want to get KOed. He would rather fake an injury IMO. So i think it's highly likely he does it again.

    I don't know if Hopkins is going to let it get to that point. I really think he would rather fake his way out than get KOed legit. His act against Calzaghe and Dawson is evidence of this.

    No lie, I can see that happening. I can actually see Hopkins quitting on the stool. God, Hopkins is so old.

    He had absolutely no reason to fake an injury there and then and then sign a rematch. This is an example of why you are on my ignore list.

    Hopkins has a lot of false pride.

    He faked an injury because he was getting beaten. He was too proud and too weak in his character to deal with it like a sportsman.

    He signed for a rematch because his massive ego and false pride made him feel he can win.

    if he's done it once, he'll do it again. ortiz showed he was mentally weak against maidana and showed the same against floyd. anyway, i hope dawson wins so hopkins can call it a day.

    Did you just compare MLK advocating for black civil rights to you "supporting" whites?

    Hopkins will not quit crying foul. He either wins, or loses legitimately. I'd bet a lifetime ban bet with you.

    Like in South Africa and Zimbabwe? I hate to say it, but you'll get your wish.

    I bet Hopkins will not win fairly.

    He will first try to cut Dawson with a headbutt like he did Wright, and otherwise use every dirty tactic he knows, and if that doesn't work he'll just quit by pretending to be injured. If he loses by decision, he'll cry and cry about unfair judges.
