Will Berto even try to win?

    Or will he be so thankful with Floyd for the undeserved payday that he'll let Floyd do whatever he wants?

    He's a no hoper and a bum anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if he just shows up for the payday

    He might even take a page from the Malik Scott book and take a dive at the first opportunity to make his buddy/benefactor look good

    and Floyd is in desperate need for KO's soo...

    This match could end up being more of a farce than it already is, i pity those who actually pay to watch it

    your thoughts?

    Boxing I swear has the most disrespectful fans of any sport. Maybe its bc most casuals and even some die hards have never boxed. Most played football, basketball, baseball and stuff in track but most never stepped foot in a boxing gym.

    Berto isn't a bum by no means. Had a good amateur background and a pretty good pro career. Only three fighters are more deserving around that weight class. Brook, Thurman and Garcia. Floyd dominates all of them. Khan hasn't done anything that Berto hasn't done.

    Also Berto isn't coming for a paycheck like Sal****er did. Berto will put up a better fight than Floyds last 5 opponents.

    If Berto puts up a better fight than Maidana (first fight) than Floyd will lose. But I highly doubt Floyd will lose.

    He'll come to win but that won't mean a thing in terms of the result. Mayweather only needs to show up, I doubt he'll need to go out of first gear and cruise to a points win.

    You can't say this guy doesn't try because he really tries, he's just not good enough to be a top contender at the weight unfortunately so he'll give it his all but look what happened to Guerrero who wasn't particularly threatening either. And he beat the cr** out of Berto and gave him eyes like ET. He showed heart and bashed Robert up even with his eyes slowly morphing into alien life.
