It should be taken into account that Bivol has an extremely good defense and it is not easy to hit him, Beterbiev will surely catch him a few times, then Bivol's chin will be tested...

Is beterbiev a brawler? Didn’t think so, I think he’s more of a boxer than a brawler, forget about the kos assume they never happened in his fights, he’d have won most of his fights by wide UDs

Doesn’t change the fact he was knocked down by them. Beterbiev doesn’t have a Granite Chin. It can be cracked.

Maybe another question would be 'Who's chin is likely to save them against Beterbiev?'

Given that relying on chin against Artur is an extremely dumb proposition, one would suspect that Bivol has a gameplan that is not relying on his chin and is focussed on airtight defence, movement and smart offense and workrate.

There's nothing wrong with Bivol's chin. Sure he has excellent defence, like he's literally one of the very best defensively in the sport, but he's never been dropped and the only time he was hurt was from a huge overhand right hand bomb from the extremely heavy handed bigger and heavier Joe Smith which landed right before the bell on his temple region.

He's also a small/smallish LHW and is almost always giving away weight, a significant amount of weight, or a lot of weight

And besides, it doesn't matter how hard your chin is because Beterbiev's hands are almost always going to be harder.

9 of his previous 10 opponents had ever legitimately been stopped before (as in not on an injury) so it's not like that KO 100% of his is a smoke and mirrors 100%

Wouldn’t bother on Bivol’s possible chin attributes, the answer is who will be able to impose his strategy on the other. If Beterbiev can get to you, your chin doesn’t matter you are going down.
Will Bivol be able to frustrate Beterbiev or will Beterbiev have his way like always ? That’s what makes this the best fight we’ve seen in a while, can’t wait for it !!

You would have to be a dynamite puncher to put him on his backside and then keep him there.

    Gvozdyk couldn't do it.

    Joe Smith couldn't do it

    Radovan Kalaidjic couldn't do it

    Marcus Browne couldn't do it

    Anthony Yarde couldn't do it.

    Callum Smith couldn't do it.

None of these guys are exactly feather fisted.

The laws of probability says that Bivol isn't going to do it either.

No but he isn't the Pernell Whittaker that you are suggesting either.

The only time he's been seriously hurt was when he traded hooks with Callum Johnson, and even then he recovered rather quickly and arguably won the rest of the round, and knocked him out 2 rounds later. Jeff Page Jr. he was off balance. He brutalized and stopped him in the next round.

Bivol will have to box "perfectly" for 12 rounds. Keeping Artur off of him somehow, someway. Me, I don't see him being successful in doing that. I think Bivol gets exhausted down the stretch and getting mauled eventually
