He outclassed Jacobs even I with my excellent boxing IQ was shocked and he beat difficult southpaw opponents in Lara and Trout he even put Trout on his backside. By the way meant to ask as you live in Florida did you go and watch it in person?

Sanders will try to get inside Canelos's head but fortunately for Canelo he does not understand any English. Colonel Sanders will dance his way to a 12 round UD loss.

    Looks like it.

Will be looking to lean down to about 180 over the next 2 months....pretty easy but not ideal.

His cardio is the main thing...impossible for it to be up to scratch and to be fully sharp isn't possible either with his inactivity but I'm sure he'll come to fight.

Canelo will be ready as ready can be...if he even lightly injures himself he will delay

I predict Saunders gets brutally KO'd. On paper, his movement poses a challenge for Canelo. But Saunders struggles to fight smartly and effectively throughout a bout.

He will slow down or lose concentration or get overconfident and then caught.

Sharpness will be hard to get perfect with his inactivity, but when it comes to conditioning, its totally his fault, if it isn't up to scratch come may.

Hes know this fight is likely for months now, of he hasn't been doing his roadwork and being in the gym, then hes an idiot.

I dont see it unless after he takes a beating he starts to get on his bike for the rest of the fight just to see the final bell.

BJS isn't going to plod forward or sit with a high guard like Smith, Yilidirim & GGG...

Think of BJS as a bigger sexier version of Floyd.

Jacobs is the closest style comparison who Canelo has fought recently. With obvious differences.

I used to think he would give him fits but that was years ago. His inactivity and his age will bite him in his ass against a elite active fighter like canelo. As far as who's sexier ill leave that to you but as far as skills pbf by light years.

I hope Canelo stops him in brutal fashion, but BJS has a pretty good chance of victory here. Of the 4 best movers Canelo has fought, he won close controversial decisions against two of them, lost to one of them and managed to ko the other (who was and is notoriously glass chinned).
I think if Saunders comes in motivated, he will give Canelo one of his toughest fights in a while and possibly beat him (in the eyes of those watching)

It's hard to be at your best when your training camp is more of a fat camp.

The best fighters tend not to balloon between fights. They gain a little weight and decondition some but they don't get out of control.

Guys like Hopkins, Hagler, Mayweather were seemingly always in at least decent shape. They are not the only ones.

Canelo couldn't knock out Callum smith after pummelling him for 12 rounds so I don't think he can KO Saunders who will be a lot more elusive, physical and has better boxing IQ.
I think if he turns up in the right frame of mind BJS will come to spoil, frustrate and fight in bursts, he's not going to stand there like a punch bag and let Canelo have his way, could be an interesting fight
