It increasingly looks like the boxing community is after UNcle BOb.... Mafia style.

First, The promotional war is taking a toll on the pool of fights he can make at the most lucrative weight division in boxing right now.

Next, business associates (MGM )are taking the **** with him.... In the words of Sollozzo: Let's face it, Tom, and all due respect, the Don, rest in peace, was slippin'. 10 years ago, could I have gotten to him?

His fighters are suing him to get out of their contract..... Mikey garcia.

Pacquiao is stalling on signing an extension.

Arums leverage to get manny to sign an extension ( Marques fight) k.o6 says he is not interested.

If manny actually gets paid $20m and bradley $6 with both getting a share of the PPV, uncle bob might be in the red considering the gate earnings and PPV predictions.

It makes sense now why you see uncle bob swinging at everyone from corona, to MGM, to show time to mayweather, to reporters etc. has anyone noticed that Floyd's camp has not responded to uncle bobs rants?

Who knows what uncle bob would do next....he needs to learn the shoulder roll.... They've got him on the ropes..... MAFIA STYLE????:bbb

Boxing 101: protect yourself at all times bob.:hat

He had his run. I hope if something big goes down that we get some govt intervention. Golden Boy and Haymon are no better than Bob. It won't stop unless someone intervenes. These promoters have a huge conflict of interest. Their pocketbooks rely on their guy winning, and they also get to choose who he fights. Makes no sense.

700 000 is solid. So is 600 000. But then you have the two fighters who were given 26 mil combined and upside from the PPV. I don“t think that TR will walk away with too much money.

Arum has been rich for years, just can't seem to get enough money, hell, he can't take it with him....................

Arum should go ahead and give boxing fans some really good fights so he can be remembered as a promoter who finally decided to give the boxers and fans what they deserve...........

I don't know. GB fighters seem a bit more at peace. For everything that Oscar is, I do know one thing. He has a genuine love for the fight game. You could see it in his eyes when he talks about boxing. He's been there. I never really see him trying to cash out on boxers, or rip them off. I mean even Santa Cruz made almost a mil on the Canelo undercard. That doesn't happen for everyone. Oscar is a student/lover of the game first, then a business man. Arum has never laced em up, and all he cares about is that check. He sees these dudes as cows. Literally. You want them to do slave work for as little as possible. I still want someone to explain to me, how the hell when Pac was pulling 1 Mil + buys regularly, he was only walking away with 17 Mil Purses, 20 mil purses. That's ridiculous. Pac-Hatton did 850k buys, and Pac only got a 12 million dollar purse. **** like that doesn't happen unless someone is being played a fool. People are starting to smarten up. (Mikey) And to be honest, the sport would be better as a whole if more people started to coming to Golden Boy. Because once again. Oscar is a lover of the game first. Which separates him from the Don Kings and Bob Arum's of the world. He's been on both sides.

PLUS and what I think is the most important thing. Golden Boy does an 80-20 split with PPV for their fighters. (80 for the fighter) Arum at times doesn't even give his fighters a portion of the PPV, which is why Floyd is saying now that Arum still owes him cash

Gate was 8 mil from what I've heard. And in my opinion the PPV will do around 650k. Which isn't terrible, but when you're paying 2 guys a combined purse of 26 million it can become problematic for someone like Arum who's essentially looking to cash out too .

    Never. Too much ego.

But honestly if it wasn`t for the cold war, i think competition is a good thing for fighters and the fans.

    Fold?

He's filthy rich, he'd wipe his arse with Manny before having him fight Mayweather under another promotional banner.
