I think Wlad is pretty much already there. I for one can't think of 50 heavyweights who should outrate him on an all time list.. In fact, he makes my top 20 as it is. As for Vitali, well I guess it depends on how much weight one wants to give to his acheivments. He's won the highest percentage of rounds in heavyweight history.. Has just about the highest win/KO ratio of any heavyweight champion, has a number of title defenses and has beaten several ring ranked opponents.. Should he retire tomorrow, being ranked in the top 50 shouldn't be out of the question... But these things are difficult to determine with two careers that are still in progress.
