Boytsov by decision. Guinn has a great chin, and Boytsov isn't the overwhelming puncher people tend to think he is. The only way this ends in stoppage is if the European officials cheat and declare a TKO just because an unhurt Guinn is on the defensive and is taking a few punches while defending.
