Spence is already the best WW IMHO. Do you share my feeling that Brook will try to avoid him and move up at 154 ? What about Thurman, Porter and Garcia ? Will they behave like sportsmen and accept dangerous opponent - Spence, or duck him ?

If he does I hope all the people who defended Canelo come on say "it's a smart business move from Brook" and "it's not officially a duck".

But that won't happen, You watch the word "duck" be thrown around by these hypocritical idiots.

I don't think that Brook will avoid Spence like that. That's like jumping out of the skillet into the fire. 154 ain't no joke. Plus Brook is a good fighter and can handle himself well at welter. He is right in the thick of things at welter and can quite possibly come out on top. If he jumps to 154, his ass is in real trouble.

If he can still make 147, he'll stay there.

Far more big money fights at 147

147 is more competitive than 154 (with or without Canelo) and has more possibility to earning great amount of money. I am a boxing fan from my childhood (more than 40 years), and frankly think that Spence is one of the most talented boxers I have ever seen. He is very skillful and strong, maybe problem could be his size, obviously he is already too big for WW, and I can not see him at 147 in 2019.

    Ummmmmmmm....

If Brook moved N to LMW, it would be to make bigger fights, Smith, Charlos, Andrade, even GGG, Yeller, Lara etc.
If Spence was after him for p4p boost in a couple yrs, he could easily move N himself and possibly become the next p4p elite, especially if he could himself land some of those big fish.
Spence and Lubin are only boiling down for 147/154 for career building.
Both are best suited for MW

Maybe, but except Canelo, he can not get a big payday at 154. I think Cotto is no more ppv attraction, Lara and C brothers are not and will never be....

Unless a fight with Thurman/Porter winner get's signed soon after he gets past Vargas I think he will move up.

Him and Eddie Hearn know they don't want any of Spence and Garcia will never accept a fight with Brook. Eddie will need to dig deep into his pockets to keep Kell at 147. He get's murdered at 154 by any of the current beltholders excluding Liam Smith.

They said he's moving up later, I doubt Brook will duck.

He said after the bizier fight he will be moving up at some point... this was before any mention of spence. Hes a huge welterweight so no doubt he'l go up soon. He will have to move up into a big fight though if its before the mando as the boxing world will go crazy calling it a duck lol

Spence, Thurman, Porter, Garcia, Bradley, Broner and Khan are the level above C brothers, Lara, Smith and Cotto (his best years are gone). Canelo is questionable, only God knows which division he belongs...
