WILL BROWNE vs LEAPAI BE FOR A FOR COMMONWEALTH TITLE SHOT?

Ah Sally, still have that tin foil hat twisted tightly on I see.

I'm guessing you've made an early start on the Xmas spirits already.

 

Ok it's time I come clean, Sally is way too smart for me, here is a quick run down of my day so far.

7am Deliver newspaper to Danny Greens front door.

8am Wash Angelo Hyders car.

9am Take Pieter Cronjes dog for a walk.

10am Mow Victor Oganovs front lawn.

11am Recieve phone call from Lucas Browne about a worrying story about to emerge on ESB. Called into special secret underground boxing meeting room located underneath Perth Bell Tower.

11.30am Given strict instructions to deflect and distract the fact that Lucas has cowardly not signed on for a fight with Leapai within 24 hours of mentioning it to somebody he knows in the crowd. Am given detailed 248 page dossier to prepare me for my mission. Meeting breaks for lunch, whch I have to go pick up.

2pm After finishing off the Perth cabal's Xmas shopping for them, am given a bus fare home to complete mission.

2.15pm Not reckoning with the deductive powers of Sallywinder mission is aborted but it's too late, Sallywinder has uncovered our devious plan and all the players have gone into hiding to avoid the inevitable follow up story by Four Corners.

3pm Tearfully try to call Peter Maniatis to see if the are any vacancies in the Victorian branch.

I know Sol wanted to fight Lucas fod the Aus title and was turned down.

 

P'raps if Sol truly wanted to fight Browne for the Oz title they should have offered more than $3k. Of course it didn't matter in the end because he got stripped of the belt within weeks of winning. Nothing fishy at all there.
