Guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one everyone has their opinion and if you feel that was some master class by Lara more power to you, me I was embarrassed by that performance personally Lara made Mayweather look like Tyson that night. You can cite Canelo missing but I'm pretty sure lara was also held to his lowest percentage ever the dude spent the majority of the fight so far away neither fighter could land but to each his own I se you root for Cubans fighters a lot so maybe thats it but dude if that is a showing you feel the need to try and brag about I feel sorry for you.

The only reason Canelo would go after GGG full throttle is if he has him hurt.

That's probably why Lara lost some rounds in some judge's eyes.

It might be a good idea to. But I don't think it happens, because even if the game plan is to counter on the inside Canelo has the TEMPERAMENT of a patient boxer. You're crazy if you don't see that. I think he'll try to get inside GGG's jab and hard right but carefully and deliberately, and only unleash with fast and powerful counters when he's found his comfortable range. I expect the first and probably second Canelo to give away. And I've been saying if Canelo has success it's early, oh damn, this doesn't look good for the guy. I could see Canelo having success from the third to fifth, then GGG using his footwork to seize the action again, and up the pressure and punish Canelo going away.

Alvarez is juiced, heavily juiced..................he might try to go at Golovkin with his juice...............Heredia will not be at ringside, I think he was banned..................Alvarez knows that all he has to do is be standing at the end of the fight and Byrd and Moretti will give him every round, he does not have to throw one punch! Remember, they work for Oscar, not the fans..................

If he does, that would be Golovkin fans wet dream right there.

I believe that would be a very stupid move from Canelo.

Socialism really does work! If you're trying to slim down your population there's nothing better at doing it. Tried and tested.

mayweather did nothing but drain canelo and lara beat him at his own weight.
here we go with punchstats again. LOL, you realize that alot of the time punchstats are skewed to fit the agenda of boxing. just like in the canelo lara fight where canelo didnt land **** unless air, gloves, and arms are part of a landed blow.

No one is coming out guns blazing here.. 3rd round forward someone will need to start the pressure for sure in case it goes to the cards.. Hopefuly GGG he cant let this fight go to the cards..

i think he will lose patience after losing a jabbing match for a few rounds, will get hit with a big shot and try to retaliate carelessly like he often does, and will walk onto the biggest middleweight right hook we have seen for 40 years. Heres hoping for a good fight though

Dude I don't have to go off official numbers to know neither fighter landed much in that fight, half the fight there was so much distance between them neither could land a punch if that wanted to.
Lara looked like sh!t Alvarez at least tried quite honestly I thought it was a close fight with very little offense which makes it hard to score had Lara up early thought he lost or gave away all the middle rounds had them alternating the championship rds with Lara winning the 12th but losing a 7-5 fight that was close enough that the official Split decision was cool with me.

The majority of members on this board at the time and the majority of established media had Alvarez winning this right, the only controversy here was 1 wide card if Alvarez beat Lara Officially 115-113 x3 with the judges nobody would have a problem with that of think otherwise.
