He didnt want to run last time but he soon realised he had no choice if he wanted to try stay in this fight. He got the better of the exchanges in those early rounds but he felt the power from Golovkin and like the smart Boxer he is he did the maths on what happpens if he stuck to plan A and got on his bike instead.
How do people think this makes sense... "IF he had cement feet, how could he run?" Good grief the naivete is astounding...
He simply ran out of energy. I think the higher weight division and extra muscle affected his stamina as it naturally should, and of course GGG capitalized on Canelo slowing down and pressed him and showed a ton of heart getting hit the way he did. I hope Canelo is more acclimated this time around and his stamina works better for him and if he is, I don't see how Golovkin can win.
Ha Ha....I get it....watched the fight a few times...kept coming up 8 to 4 Golovkin...having said that if Golovkin does not TKO Canelo n the next fight I think will be a lot closer.!!!!
Golovkin is older but is still stronger than this weaker challenger who has resorted to boosting (juice) to get an edge in the rematch. It's a tell tell sign he knows he is going to have to be careful and therefor do a bit of flight than fight in this contest.
