Will Carl Froch beat Andre Ward if the fight is in the UK?

I too am British and would pick Ward. Not impossible, but a huge ask.
Ward is a great boxer, whereas Carl is a fighter. As we know usually the boxer wins, and this is no different wherever it is - Ward would frustrate Carl so much in front of his home fans. The only question is whether Ward would leave home and how he'd deal with the crowd, as at the moment that's a complete unknown.
Ward UD for me if it were to happen.

 

Well, a lot of British fans are so patriotic that they'd say Paul Smith would beat Andre Ward - granted mainly casuals rather than people on forums and such.

 

you're right, Ward's headbutts were absolutely decisive in the first fight. Who knows what happens if Ward is penalized for repeatedly headbutting Froch?

Froch could fight Ward anywhere and it wouldn't make a difference, stylistically he's all wrong for Froch. I'm a big Froch fan, and I'd like him to stay well clear off Ward

He could take a controversial decision in the UK, but that is the best Froch can hope for really, he most certainly won't be able to drag him into a war, hopefully this means he can stay disciplined to make it as close a fight as possible to perhaps sneak a home decision
