Will CEJ show any improvement against DeGale?

Has he added any of the critical elements to his game that he has been so badly lacking so far? A jab, straight right, footwork etc?
Or will he be the same old windmilling mullocker doomed to fail at top level?
Surely this is his last chance?

Didn't he get a trainer this time? I'd still say no, too thick and delusional. Degale by SD.

I think, against the public opinion, that we'll see a much improved version of CEJ. I mean he is limited, he is no elite fighter and he won't be an elite fighter in the future but he is solid and especially showed tremendous heart vs. Groves, he was beaten to **** for the first 7-8 rounds and Groves landed heavy blows on him but he didn't quit, showed good chin too and even tried it late although Groves was done in the last two rounds. I like CEJ in the ring although he has a lot of flaws and has to work on so many things. But i think Degale is shot to pieces. He was involved in soooo many wars over the years, so many close fights. I don't know if he can deal with a young, fresh and especially fully motivated version of CEJ this time. I predict CEJ by close UD but in a more or less CLEAR fashion. Mixture of both things (improved CEJ, shot Degale) is making me thing that CEJ wins this. I could be wrong here but it is his last (!) chance. If he is losing this he can fight bums for the next 10 years as i doubt he gets any bigger fights in the future. Losing to past prime Groves and Degale as a young and fresh talent with his name within a year is the end of a career before it even started. So all or nothing, he has to go for it and i believe he will.

With Eubank Sr lisp; "My son will school DeGale, like he schooled him in sparring"

    Prediction; DeGale SD.

Even with DeGale being shot, which i think will secure Eubank the win, i think he'd always struggle with Eubank. He goes missing too often in the middle rounds. Despite his talent being head and shoulders above Eubank, it's always about styles.

Think Eubank will take, as @f1ght3rz says, a close but clear win for Eubank, or a 10-12 stoppage

I doubt Eubank will have changed his style that much, that being said, Degale is shot and will switch off at some point in the fight as he always does. At this point I imagine Eubank's high work rate will be enough to overwhelm Degale. Late stoppage Eubank

He will win the fight because Degale is shot to sh*t and and susceptible to giving rounds away by doing nothing even when he was in his prime. The usual windmilling will be enough to overwhelm him. Eubank will lose again when he faces a top boxer with skills, footwork and work rate.

Yeah, I think he will, and that will be his downfall against DeGale, he'll try to think his way through the match, end up getting in his own head, and all the while Chunky will be racking up points.

I think when Eubank gets in the ring he’ll just resort to what he’s been doing all these past years. He’s too arrogant to do much else I think, and I still think it’s a good 50/50 fight. Depends on what DeGale does, If he goes missing in rounds and lies on the ropes then Eubank will let his hands go and throw a million punches at him. If DeGale can box consistently through the fight then he’ll school Eubank.
