You are just praying that Johnson somehow pulls it off so your boy doesn't face him and get humiliated. Make sure you're around the morning after this fight, i can't wait to hear what nonsensical garbage you come up with after Dawson breezes through Johnson.

Adamek would be his biggest win to date; I cannot see him performing much better against Johnson anyway. The Johnson fight would tell us more about how intelligent and tactically astute Dawson is. But Johnson is very faded and not much of a threat at all. The biggest test for me will be against limited Diaconu, if the latter beats Henry. Diaconu might not have more than a 25% chance of beating Dawson, but he will give it his all and it will be Dawson's fight to lose. If he can keep a determinted Diaconu off him and take his punches...Dawson will have proved he's the real deal for me...from there on, if he loses, it won't make him overrated as much as it would make the other fellow underrated.

Johnson is a legitimate top 5 contender regardless of his age, so I'd give Dawsom massive props.

Johnson is still a top contender. I will give him a lot of credit for a clear win.

He will get credit, but not a lot imo. But it also depends on HOW he wins.

Dawson should be able to beat him by UD pretty much.

    TKO Johnson - Heavy credit

UD Wide Johnson - Very Good Credit

Close UD Johnson - Good Credit

Lose to Johnson - Depends how, but wouldn't be end of the world, people are forgettign Chad is still a very young man, Johnson make no doubt is a step up and he must be lauded for it.

I'd give Chad credit, Johnson is always dangerous, but I expect Chad to win.

Johnson is a legit contender who has fought and either beaten or been very competitive against nearly everyone, so even at an advanced age, Dawson will deserve credit.

Still, some of that depends on how Johnson performs. If you'd told me Hatton would dominate and stop Castillo prior to their fight, I'd have said that would be extremely impressive. Watching it live, though, took some gas out of Ricky's performance through no fault of his own.

Let's see what Johnson has left, and how Dawson responds. I agree that he needs to stay upright in this fight. It's nice to prove you can get off the canvas to win, but you also have to prove you can win without getting sent to the canvas in the first place.

He should get credit especially if he beats him in impressive fashion. Johnson is a tough solid fighter.

Good then you should be the first to give him props when he wins.

Glen Johnson IS old and washed up.

For Chad's fans' sake if he is anything remotely close to what they have been hyping him up to be, he will bury Johnson quickly.

If that is the case i will give him credit.

If he wins a close UD, then no credit at all. Dawson shouldn't lose more than 2 rounds.
