Means different things to different people.

To me, high quality is dictated by a combination of things:

    1. Is it entertaining
    2. Does the outcome have a high impact in the overall scheme of things
    3. Is it an interesting match of styles
    4. Is there a high combined level of skills that are actually exhibited
    5. Is there a high combined level of effort

I think Charr will get blown out of there in the first half of the fight.

But Charr is among ESB's most favorite fighters, so many here will have you believing this is a pick 'em fight.

It's all about timing. If this was pre-2011, then I would have picked David Haye to win by KO.

However, since it is 2013, and Charr appears to be the hungrier, and more mentally focused fighter, I think Charr takes this one. Haye appears to be waffling back and forth between retirement, and that does not bode well.
