Will Clottey fair better than Pac’s recent victims?

Clottey will be a tougher fight than each of Pac's prior 140+ opponents. If he can turn on the gas when he needs to, he can win.

Yep all these reasons. :deal Plus, 6th I would say he is not going to go in there looking for the knock out. All I heard Hatton and Cotto talk about was their power and how Pac never faced anyone their size. Clottey is planning on a UD and that is the right strategy, to win round by round. If it happens then so be it but its a terrible strategy to throw wildly against Pac. Ok thats sort of what you were saying in the first sentence... but I dont see Pac stopping Clottey at all and if he stays active enough this fight is winnable for clottey.

    JMM isnt particularly fast...

but I do agree that if clottey is too stationary and inactive he wont have a chance to win. I would like to see him try to back up Pac. Not wildly and brawling but using effective aggression, pressing forward with the jab and keeping his defense tight. Pac isnt used to having to fight moving backwards.
