Roach was at ringside scouting Golovkin, but ran away saying nothing about a Golovkin/Cotto fight. Golovkin would knock Cotto out cold................... "I walked over to Golovkin after the fight and I said, 'Whatever anyone said about you, you are better than that,'" said Gary Shaw, Geale's promoter. Cotto very bravely and foolishly would take this fight. Roach being the voice of reason will say no because he knows what will happen. So I'd say it's 50/50 because Cotto can ignore Roach and fight him anyway. Cotto should retire while still a champion. He can fight Alvarez and even that fight is a little risky. Golovkin can end Cotto's career or worse
Of course he will....and Roach will ensure they both wear the same brand of gloves....just to keep GGG honest!!!
Yeah but you cant blame Miguel only for that though . Many fighters wanted NOTHING to do with Williams . (Cotto , Zab , Floyd , Clottey, Berto , Mosley) I Don't blame them either . The Punisher would have walked threw all of em .
