Will Cotto vs. Marg II ever happen?

Cotto needs to redeem himself imo. That loss will always haunt him (Cotto). Doubts of whether or not Margarito could have beat him with or without tainted wraps, etc. I think he would want to prove it to himself and fight him again.

 

No the fight will never happen. Because no legitmate fighter outside Carlos Baldimor(Maybe) will fight him. He's a disgrace and should be banned for life.

 

First off, Cotto kept quiet all throughout the ordeal until like many posters said, the commission came out with the truth. The truth is out and Cotto is talking. Mosley didn't get hit with those wraps due to his trainer catching it so he is not going to be talking like Cotto. Give it time and you will see others come out talking.

 

This fight will never happen and I wouldnt do it if I was Cotto. Cotto doesnt need to redeem himself because he knows Margarito cheated so **** him. Clottey is the damn problem... A BIG PROBLEM!!

 

So claiming to be hit with bad wraps gives you more of a reason to make noise rather than catching someone with bad wraps?

 

Even if his trainer hadn't caught it, Mosley would not have gotten hit with those wraps. Did you watch the fight? Margo didn't land anything.

 

I doubt it but he should go after Margarito in my opinion.

 

The good thing is Cotto will win because he won't be hit by loaded gloves.
The bad thing is Margarito will have a big paycheck instead of being in jail and playing a woman for a 6'8 inmate.

It seems like a lot of people are posting without the facts... cotto and margarito rematch was schedule to happend since that was cottos priority... We found out about what Margarito and his team were doing in the Mosley fight... Cotto has been quiet about it and in matter of fact real respectful and humble about it since the studies were not concluded until recently... Kermit Cintron was the first to put ? on his two fights with Margarito... Cotto just kept on saying it wasnt his night and wanted the rematch in the future... you can't blame the guy for speaking the truth, margaritos punches were not as powerful, but his face was swelling up... the facts are out there...

 

So if I was to try to punch your friend in the face, but your third friend gave him the heads up and I missed. I then punched you dead in your face, who would complain more you or your friend that almost got hit.

 

Yes, I did see the fight and I also noticed Margarito looked spooked. He was most definitely thinking about what is going to transpire after they figure out what was in my wraps. Of course, Mosley had a great night, but Margarito was not 100% focused, not that it was going to help.

 

Margarito is a bad style for Cotto. All Cotto has to do is stay winning and stay sharp and unify the titles and he goes down better than Margarito. Cotto beat Mosley and Margarito couldn't. So really Margarito beating Cotto can be looked at as a good style matchup for Margarito.

as i much wanted to see this fight, i doubt that it will happen.
