If the fight doesn't go the scheduled 12 rounds that will because Cotto is stopped on an accumlation of punches.

Cotto can not knockout Margarito if Cintron couldn't despite hitting him with consecutive flush shots to the head. Margarito, at this point, is unknockoutable, so Cotto will have to do what he is more than capable of doing and that is out box Margarito.

Its hard to say ... the fight going the distance all depends on Cotto ... i'm interested to see how the first 4 rounds go.

Cotto will get better leverage on punches than Cintron, who smothered his own work. He is capable of stopping Margarito.

Still, I think it will be a Cotto UD.

Thats what i'm thinking ... i'm torn between a Cotto KO or a Cotto decision ...

and i'm also wondering if Cotto's going to fight the neccessary fight to get the "W" all together.

Cotto is going to approach this fight like the Mosley fight. He's not going to risk going toe-to-toe with the big punch and concrete chin of Margarito. I could definitely see the fight going the distance, with Cotto getting a UD, and Margarito missing a lot of punches.

Cotto might be able to stop him. I don't know how well Margo takes it to the body.

Cotto had moments when he was beating Mosley's ass ... and before the championship rounds they engaged in trading blows ...

Yea but I think during the championship rounds Cotto backed off of Mosley and gave him respect. Basically he knew he was winning the fight so he backed off and just boxed.
