Will Daniel Dubois quit after Fabio Wardley lands a few hard punches?

Well not if he gets sparked out first Dubois can bang too and has an educated stiff jab

 

After the Miller and Hrgovic fights I thought Dubois finally overcame his confidence/courage issues and the Joshua KO victory really cemented it.

However, when Usyk cranked up the pressure in their rematch he fell apart again .....

I'm not so sure anymore. I think Dubois is more polished than Wardley and will probably come out landing some bombs.
Wardley won't have the skill to defend himself

 

Daniel "Unlimited title shots and unlimited quits" Dubois.

 

I think the title shots will dry up if he loses to Wardley,that is why he will be right up for this fight as well as also the criticism he received after his last fight .

 

if it comes down to a battle of mental toughness, Wardley crushes Dubois. Wardley is up there with the toughest mentally the sport has ever seen imo, Holyfield, Holmes, Ali, etc.

Dubois has quit. Maybe for good reason (although I’d argue he straight up just gave up against Usyk the last time; got put down the second time, could have got up, thought **** this I can’t beat this guy I’m done).

 

I think Dubois not continuing after the 2nd knockdown last time vs Usyk was a reasonable move... There was no need for him to take unnecessary punishment and quite possibly end up way worse.

I think this fight will tell us a lot about how wardley has developed. If that was Dubois hitting him at will as Huni was, he wouldn’t have made it out of the fourth. Remember he was exhausted and punching air when ref stopped Parker. He’s a likeable fellow but I think the folks he has fought have flattered him a bit more than he should be comfortable with.

 

to be clear, I think Dubois wins. I just think Wardley is a real live underdog here.

 

I don't call Daniel a "quitter." He was quite tough against Joshua, Hrgovic and Miller. But I think it is fair to say that he is a "front runner." He is tough when he sees a path to victory.

Wardley is just a flat-out man.

 

Is anyone sensing Daniel's concentrated jab is gonna cause a blood TKO for Fabio? I'm loving the Wardley ride, but picking how he loses each fight is also part of the fun!

 

Yep it's going to be interesting what happens when someone strong and can punch like Dubois starts landing on Wardley, who I also think is pretty tough.

And it will be interesting to see what happens when Wardley starts landing on Dubois. Great matchup

 

Honestly I wouldn’t be suprised either way in this fight, it’s hard to bet against wardley but I feel that it’s Dubois’s to lose, if he fights behind the jab and takes the openings when they appear (which they will) I think he wins
On the flip side if wardley gets success early I can see dubois losing the will and getting overwhelmed, very intriguing matchup for sure

 

Dubois is better in every aspect of boxing except heart. But his lack of heart only showed in the fights against one of the best to ever do it, because he couldn't land his own shots. He will be landing plenty on Wardley.
