    He has the power to, and he showed against Penalosa that he can box a bit down the stretch (albeit against a diminutive opponent).

    But that division is stacked at the moment; its hard to give a definite answer tbh.

    Not against the current champions at super bantamweight. He gets knockout by all of them.
