Darchinyan lost albeit by a split decision to Mares, while
Donaire again asserted his superiority in skills and power
    by knocking out Sirokenko.

Will Darchi still entertain thoughts of a rematch w/ Donaire?

I think he will take a vacation like someone we know.

Yes he will. Or should I say, yes, he still wants a rematch. He has enough confidence in himself that he wants to avenge his most embarrassing loss.

    Not interested in a rematch.

Vic will fight with anyone anytime, suggestions otherwise are laughable. If anything frustration with the weekend's result will fire him up more rather than dissuade him.

Yeah, because if it's one thing Darchinyan is known for, it's underachieving and not taking on a challenge.

He has to fight perez first. I hope donaire gets to fight montiel next and if darchinyan and donaire wins, i would love to see a rematch.

They're talking about 118 which is the weight darchinyan fought mares at.

Vic did not lose the fight, the judges cheated him. He was not knocked down and did almost all the damage. He won.

Darchinyan will get KO'd much worse this time around against Donaire. Donaire is naturally bigger than Darchinyan. Darchinyan somewhat lost his KO power against bigger guys but donaire is still knocking people out.

I think he has a fight with Lopez as art of the tournament. That would be at 118 still. After that, he will probably be looking at the biggest money fights possible rather than legacy or anything. Honestly, he must be in the last few fights of his career, and it would be nice to know he has got some good paydays before he retires.

If that means a rematch with Donaire, then that's what he would do.
