The guy just might be a real threat to Pavlik but on Paper his record is so so in spite of having 12 wins in a row:-( After Rubio vs Pavlik by all rights the WBC should have a box off between # 2 ranked Domenico Spada and #3 ranked David Lopez:bbbthe winner to the new WBC number one contender:bart

He'd be a perfect stay busy fight for Allan Green if green can't get a title shot.

It is disguisting they hand titles out at 160 and this guy cant even get a shot,Giovanni Lorenzo is getting his third shot at a belt, and Lemeiux is getting his first and neither one of them deserve it,who is his manager?

If a handsome young contender put together the same string of wins David put together over the past 5 or 6 years, the entire boxing world would be screaming "TITLE SHOT NOW!!!"

He's going to fight Michel Rosales in a 154 pound eliminator in a couple weeks so he's getting there. He has been on a nice winning streak lately so as long as he kept winning he was due to get a chance eventually. Having 12 losses and not being very active the last 2 years doesn't help his chances but he is better than a lot of guys getting title oppurtunitites.

There's no stay busy fight for Green. Green is a stay busy fight for good boxers in my opinion.
