Will De La Hoya's closet come out clean?

    Oscar should issue a statement on this. deny what Hauser said and maybe sign a waiver to put this to rest.

    Just accept and sign off the no-disclosure clause Oscar. If you got nothing to hide just waive it. If you don't people will think you are guilty. :hey

    Here is actually the policy of NSAC regarding positive doping results in 2002 :

    In 2002, the Nevada State Athletic Commission instituted steroid testing for championship fights, but said that there would be a six-month period during which, absent aggravating circumstances, a fighter who tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug would be sent an “educational letter” rather than be penalized.”
